Finding the hotel was a hassle due to unclear directions. The walls are so thin that every sound from the hallway kept me up all night. I was particularly disappointed with the breakfast quality. it felt more like a cheap cafeteria than a hotel experience.

The room was very comfortable and the staff demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, accommodating my late-night arrival with ease. Breakfast was served in the room, allowing for convenience, and I appreciated the early departure arrangements made for me. The location is strategically close to Roma Termini, making transportation effortless.

The staff was truly exceptional, especially the ladies who served breakfast. They were incredibly kind and attentive. The room, although small, was very comfy and equipped with excellent air conditioning. We found the location quite convenient, just a few blocks from the main transport hub, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, we appreciated the pleasant touch of room service for breakfast, which added a nice personal element to our mornings.

However, the breakfast quality fell short of our expectations.

The location is just a short walk from the Metro, making it easy to explore the city. However, the entrance is a bit tricky to find, as it’s on the first floor and can be confusing at first. Also, thin walls made for some noise disturbances, particularly from hallway conversations and doors. Nevertheless, the owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, which made the stay memorable.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room for 3 nights, and it was super comfy! The room was well-furnished and impeccably clean. It had all the amenities we needed. Daily cleaning was on point, and we enjoyed lovely breakfast served in the room. The staff made our stay enjoyable, they were friendly and responsive! Just a heads up, the entrance is tucked away a bit, and the front door is on the first floor. Not a big deal for us, but might catch some off guard.
